4-5 medium apples
1 small punnet of raspberries
2 tablespoons of water
1. Peel and core the apples (about 4-5 medium apples will fill 1 tray)
2. Put in a pan with a few tablespoons of water and simmer.
3. After 5 minutes add the washed raspberries (a small punnet)
4. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until soft.
5. Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the raspberry seeds TIP: keep the liquid as it is a delicious juice!
6. Pour into the Tutti Bimbi tray and freeze.
